We do this across two verticals: intelligence and longevity, the sectors where human demand has no ceiling. In intelligence, we own the physical chokepoints (power, land, fiber) behind the AI race, without carrying the technology risk. In longevity, we own the clinical and operational infrastructure (clinics, protocols, patient pipelines) behind human performance, without carrying the biotech risk.
We govern, build, and operate all of it ourselves, from the power contracts to the patient pipelines. No separate operator, no outside hand on the wheel.
Founding of LIAN Group
Fiorenzo Manganiello and Nessim Sariel Gaon founded LIAN Group on a single premise: the greatest value is created before consensus forms. From a small founding base, they set out to originate platforms ahead of institutional capital, build them to institutional grade, and hold them through the full compounding cycle.
